PASATERRA CAPITAL AND HELIX REAL ESTATE MANAGENT'S LOW BROW TACTICS IS IT TIME TO SUE? Today, September 15, 2022, Helix Real Estate Management's onsite contractors working on vacant units located at 435 N. Euclid Avenue in Pasadena, broke down the door of an apartment whose tenant had previously given notice and was scheduled to leave by midnight today. Some of the tenant's property remained in the unit. The breaking and entering into his unit also came before a final walk through had been performed and the keys to his unit returned to Helix. The tenant called the police and was told this constitutues a civil matter. Helix's President Tobin Koziol, was called by workers immediately after they realized photographs of the damages were taken by other tenants.
